The club looks to offer both structured coached run sessions as well as social runs, throughout the year catering for all abilities.
October to April: WINTER
Distance: 5, 7 or 9km
When & Where: Every Wednesday evening 7pm (so meet at 6.50pm) @Carluccios in Walton on Thames (Opposite Home Base on New Zealand Avenue).
Session: this is a organised ‘social’ run where members meet up and run over the pre set route which is between 5 – 9km. This is a cat & mouse style run where members go off at intervals and look to chase those down in front.
NB: Make sure you wear a high viz reflective top or flashing lights for your own safety.

April to September: SUMMER
BTF Coached Track Session:
When & Where: Every Friday 7 – 8pm @Xcel leisure centre sports hub track, Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, Esher. KT12 2JQ
This is a coached session by our BTF Level 2 coach Mark Yeoman and is designed to improve everyone’s speed and endurance prior to the race season. The session caters for all abilities from the novice to those who are looking to improve.

Social River Run:
When & Where: Every Wednesday (Summer) Thursday (Winter) 7 – 8pm. @Xcel Leisure Centre,Waterside Drive, Walton on Thames, KT12 2JQ
Session: this is an out and back run towards Weybridge. Setting off as a group along the river each person looks to run at their own pace and turn around after a set period of time to return back to the start as a group. t’s good fun as well as good training.
