The famous 7 Oaks sprint triathlon has already – yes already sold out. 500 places went by 8.30am. A waiting list has already be set up and guess what, it’s filling up fast. However, I’ve found an equally challanging race held at Haywards Heath by http://www.hedgehogtri.co.uk/ 500m pool swim, 20km bike, 5km run Paul Hedger the race director is getting back to me with the full details, so lets turn up on mass to blow away the cobwebs.

Gary is our founder and has represented GB at the past three world championships and is the proud father of the first two Junior members, Jodie and Lucas. Club Championships
Dates and venues for the various Club Championships have provisionally been confirmed on the Club Championships page. To ensure that you challenge for any of the club championship events or contest for the overall title, make sure you enter the events well in advance to avoid disappointment.
Zoggs now VTC ‘Official’ swim wear sponsor.
Zoggs have confirmed that they will be our ‘Official’ swim wear sponsor. All members who join during 2012 will receive either a pink or black silicone swim cap and a pair of flex predator goggles and a pair of fusion air goggles. Furthermore, the club will be used to test prototype goggles and swim aids throughout the course of the year. Members will get to get these top secret items.
